Meet our Riders
Jasmine Cordelle
Jasmine started out as a Junior Drag Bike rider back in _, before progressing straight into 8.50 bike in _.
Her successes started to vamp up when she jumped on her current bike, a nitrous 1500cc Suzuki GSX and she started racing in competition bike.
She was the 2025 champion during this success and is currently leading the championship in 2026, with one meeting left of the championship.
Brett Cordelle
Brett started his racing career back in _ in Junior Drag Bike, before moving into Super-twins ET bike in 2013 on his Suzuki TL.
In 20_, Brett made the decision to move into 9.50 bike on his Hayabusa, and had some great success there although he never quite manage to win the championship, he did come second.
In Brett's 2023 season, he was unfortunate enough to have two race related accidents at Santa Pod.
During _, his famously perfected wheelies come to a climatic end as he went too high on the launch of a race and ended up underneath his bike on the start line.
He didn't let this hinder him, and got back onto the bike the following meeting and continued in the championship.
However, at Greenlight Nationals he was unlucky enough to have his second off in that season (earning his nickname 'Crash') as he came off at 140mph at the top end of the track, just past the finish line.
He did get back on the bike for the last meeting of the 2023 season, but a lot of his love for the adrenaline was slightly scarred.
The following year, the decision was made to part with 9.50 and enter into ET bike alongside a friend to add an element of fun back into racing.
However, despite the intention, Brett struggled with race led decisions and changed his bike a couple of times, even trying to race with his Dad (and crew chief's) old competition bike. Success was limited from here on but his friend did go on to become the champion that year in ET bike.
Currently Brett is not racing competitively. In 2025, he made the decision to put his daughter first although he was still racing for some events.
In 2026, Brett decided to take a year out completely in order for his eldest son to race alongside his sister. Focus was therefore shifted to the next generation of Cordelle Racing for him.
Brett did come out to play during Greenlight Nationals, as the kids were not at that event. There is some potential for him to come out at National Finals alongside the rest of the team too.
Darcy Cordelle
Darcy started her race career in 2025, when she was just 8 years old. She races in Junior Drag Bike and continues to out stand everyone who watches her race.
It was Darcy's Grandad (Brett & Jasmine's crew chief) who build her bike and enabled to her to start her journey as a racer. And she has gone from strength to strength since.
She spent the off season prior to 2025 practising wherever she could to come comfortable on her new bike. Then she attended a runwotyoubrung prior to the first meeting of year, having a go around the pits.
She entered into the first event (Springspeed) but we had no intention of her racing. However, following the test day and her first experience on the track, we felt we could use the meeting to her get her license runs done.
She absolutely smashed it, and has been smashing it since then.
In her first season, she managed to get two awards. She got the Nitro FM trophy for being awesome and going at 44mph confidently despite being only 8, then she took a trophy for getting Number 1 qualifier at National Finals at the last event in 2025.
Watching Darcy growing, is an emotional experience shared not only by her family and friends, but spectators who watch her race are enamoured by her size and grace. The team very often get people coming over after an emotional watch from the stands.
On her first ever run, the stands erupted with applause and cheers as she went down the track. She is a pocket rocket, and she has so much left to give.
Cam Cordelle
Cameron (only likes to be known as Cam) initially started his racing careers at 8 in 2023, but very quickly decided it was not something he thought he wanted to do.
After a couple of bad experiences when practising, Cam decided he was unsure it was for him which as a team we respected.
However, during Darcy's first year of racing, Cam very quickly decided that he wanted another attempt. However, it was near impossible to get another bike ready in time for that year. So, the deal was struck to get Cam out in 2026.
With very little practise needed, Cam jumped on his bike in the first meeting of the year and was keen to go down the track.
He managed to do his licensing runs and qualify so was able to compete in the first event of the season, which this year was Festival of Power.
Since then, his skills and knowledge of his bike and racing in general has continued to grow. He is currently consistently hitting near to his dial in's and is discovering his own way of racing.
We hope that by next season, he will be feeling a lot more confident and competitive as we fully believe he has potential to start earning himself some trophies.
